Decent laptop sleeve. Perfect for the new air.,
This is admittedly an inexpensive sleeve and the low quality leather shows that straight away. What I found particularly annoying is that the magnetic clasp is weak. WIth my 13 inch Mac Book Pro the sleeve simply would not stay closed on its own and I thought of returning it.
Then the new generation of Airs came out and I bought the 13 inch Air which fits in this sleeve perfectly. Because the Air is so much thinner than the MBP the sleeve really clasps closed and stays closed.
It’s also somewhat rigid so I get an extra assurance of protection putting it into my already well padded bag.
For the twenty dollars I recommend it. Especially for Air owners. And I have to admit it works for the MPB. It just takes a few weeks of leaving it pressed closed to break it in. But I do suspect anything thicker than a 13 inch MBP, such as a Dell or even a polycarb MacBook, would not fit in this sleeve.

After trying a couple different sleeves for my MacBook 13inch and being very disappointed, I have to say I’m very pleased with this one. The fit and end are superb, the material is soft and flexible while still being sturdy enough to hold it’s shape and offer excellent protection. It costs a bit more than most of the sleeves out there, but you get what you pay for. The magnet is usually strong enough to keep it closed without snapping it to, but closing the snap makes it secure enough for travel. I mainly use it to keep my MacBook pristine when storing, but would not hesitate to pack this sleeve in a suitcase. I ordered this in the first place because it is one of the few without a zipper, but have not been able to find anything to complain about. Some of the reviews have said it doesn’t fit the MacBook 13, but it is really a perfect fit. Nearly gave it 4 stars but honestly, I like it!

|Too reckon for a laptop,
It looks fantastic, but it is not very practical for my small laptop. it was too thin to work well as a computer sleeve and very stiff. Seems more like a document holder
