I’ve had this backpack for 4 years, using it nearly non-stop and stuffing it full of heavy college books and a laptop. It’s still going strong. I’d buy another just like it – the zippers have held up extremely well, even with the pockets bulging.
My only preference would be that it would have a sternum strap, since I delight in running and it bounces around a lot. But this is very minor.
