I am perhaps a bit picky: before this case I ordered 3 other cases, some of them very gorgeous and made of leather, but non really functional …until I saw this laptop case in a shop and got it surprisingly cheaper than Amazon’s offer ($43 for 15.6 or 16 inch laptops but still quite adjustable for my smaller laptop)-
The design is quite up to date (room for ipod/ and ipad etc… and although the specified pocket might be too small for certain tablets or your e-book readers, such as a covered Kindle, yet you can find other extra pockets and room for everything including your book and notes.
The strap looks firm and sturdy enough (but of course it is still new and perhaps too soon to judge??).
The case is very useful friendly and the best for travelers especially via air, as the case is firm and cushioned if you are not carrying it with you;
on the other hand: very simple to be checked by any strict custom officer and very calculated in size if you are carry it with you inside the airplane …
What is more, it looks chick!
At last something which appeals to me both esthetically and functionally!

I’ve been using this laptop bag for about two years and after normal use, the strap ripped away from the bag yesterday. I’ve bought their products before and have been completely satisfied with the quality up until this incident. I’ve contacted the customer service department at Wenger and I’ll update this review upon receiving their response.
Other than that issue, this bag is extremely useful and has pockets and spaces for everything that I needed. I hope that they’ll stand by their product and if so, they’ll gain a customer for life. If not, I’m on the fence whether I’ll replace my broken case with another Wenger…more to follow.

|Fantastic small-to-medium sized briefcase….,
I’ve had this bag for about 4 years and have been really pleased with it. I intentionally ‘downsized’ to a smaller briefcase to limit the amount of crap and weight that I carry when traveling. I carry my laptop to/from work daily using this bag and on frequent international trips. It has held up well although I am seeing some impending wear at the strap attachment point. Considering the amount of use, I consider the wear acceptable.
I use the small pocket to hold receipts and change when I travel and it is fantastic to hold your phone when you go through security. The outer pocket has all kinds of pockets to stash medications, pens, keys, calculators, pointers, etc. It has a handy strap on the outside for attaching to your rolling luggage handle. My only complaints: laptop pocket size is somewhat awkward. You can fit a smaller widescreen laptop and charger in there but it is tight. Once you include laptop, extra battery, charger, notebook, and book for pleasure, the bag is stuffed. That makes unpacking and repacking at security a small more distress. I occasionally wish that i had just a bit more room. But, 99% of the time, I reckon this is the perfect size and keeps me from overloading.
I’m glad to see that they have maintained the design as it is a solid one.
